All orders placed will be ready to ship within two business days, regardless of the shipping method. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be ready to ship within the next two working business days. Orders shipping to the West Coast will arrive in 3-5 business days. Orders shipping to the East Coast will arrive in 7-10 business days.

Norani do not offer merchandise exchanges. To ensure you get the product you need, simply place a new order. As soon as they receive your return, they’ll refund your original method of payment.

Norani baby proudly stands behind the quality of their work and they want you to be happy, Mama. If you don’t love your Sugababes swaddle as much as they do, they’ll happily accept your return or exchange within 14 days of purchase date. All returns must be pre-authorized.

To complete your return, simply email them at info@norani.com and provide proof of purchase and reason for return. All swaddles must be returned in original packaging. Norani do not provide refunds for gift cards.
