Orders placed by 12 noon are sent by the Aust Post Expresss service - please see list of postcodes here > Only available for orders up to 4kg. Express Post is not available for bulky/heavy items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge.

An additional cost may apply for any orders to areas outside the East coast major regional and metropolitan centres for orders over 5kg in weight or large in size. Biome will contact you first to approve any additional charge. Some heavy items may have an extra postage cost that is specified in the description of the product.

What is Biome's returns policy?

Biome adheres to the Australian Consumer Law for consumer guarantees and returns. If you believe a product is faulty, please contact the store from which you purchased the product, or online customer service if you purchased online. For change of mind, items must be in a saleable condition, unused, and unopened in original packaging.

The following items can not be returned for change of mind: Skin, body, hair and tooth care, Razors, Makeup, Food items, Jewellery, Underwear, and Special order items such as water purifiers.
