italki accepts all major debit and credit cards.
Each new user has three trial lessons that need to be taken with three different teachers. Teachers can choose whether to provide trial lessons.
To change the lesson time or cancel a lesson, you will need to check when your lesson is about to start: "Is it after 24 hours or within 24 hours?".
You can go to My Lessons, find your package list, check the package page, and click Request to Terminate Package. When a package is terminated per the teacher and studentโs agreement, the student will get a refund for the unused lesson(s). If your teacher does not respond to your termination request within 7 days, please contact customer support.
You will need a device with a camera. It is strongly recommended that you prepare a set of headphones and a microphone for an excellent class experience.
