• If your tracking number begins with a 9, your package was shipped via USPS and you can track your package via USPS.

• If your tracking number begins with 1Z, your package was shipped via UPS and can be tracked at UPS.com.

SurePost, since it is delivered by USPS, they can deliver your package on Saturdays. UPS will not deliver on Saturdays unless you contact them and choose UPS Overnight Saturday Delivery service.

USPS services may also delivery on Saturdays.

• This is not a shipping option online since it is not a guaranteed service to most locations.

UPS SurePost or USPS options are your only choices for a PO Box. UPS ground and express options require a street address, otherwise, they will return the package to them.

Once you receive your order, you have 30 days to return it for a prompt refund (issued in the same method of payment as the original payment) or replacement. Depending on the condition of a used or damaged product, store credit may be issued instead of a full refund. Gift order recipients can receive replacements or store credit. They recommend that you return items via insured and trackable mail service. Refused packages will be refunded less any shipping fees they have incurred.

Yes, It is simple. Log in to your account, click edit under “Shipping Address”. This will edit the current address we have on file. Be sure to click SAVE when you are done. Unfortunately, they cannot make changes to the shipping address once the package is shipped. If you have filled out a Change of Address form with USPS and filed it prior to them receiving your club box, the package will be forwarded to your new address at no charge to you. Please update your ship to address, though, so all future packages will go to the correct address.

You are welcome to purchase any of Spangler Science Club past stem deluxe kits listed under the stem in a box on their retail site–SteveSpanglerScience.com. Unfortunately, they do not have a way for you to request a specific kit as part of the Spangler Science Club.

Cancelling your subscription does not cancel prepaid kits you already have on your account. It only cancels your future renewals. To check how many kits you have left on your account, please email them at support@SpanglerScienceClub.com.
