Your travel agent will be the primary point of contact with their company and therefore all communication will be sent to your travel agent.

Their customers do not require a valid passport at the time of booking. When you submit your Traveller Booking Form you will be able to exclude your passport information. The personal details provided should match your passport. Should these details not match your passport additional costs may apply to update your booking or can impact your travel.

Before completing the cancellation request form, please review all terms and conditions associated with your booking. A copy of the cancellation terms relevant to your booking can be found within your Traveller Hub. At the time of your purchase, you agreed to these conditions and therefore they must be read and understood.

Once your cancellation request has been received, please allow up to 7 business days for a response. If you are departing within this timeframe, please submit this form and call them immediately.
