• Samples mailed via USPS Priority Express Mail will arrive at the Basepaws facilities in 1-3 weeks, which is the type of shipping for all orders.
• USPS tracking will indicate when the sample has arrived at the Basepaws facilities, and they scan samples into the lab about twice per week. Please keep in mind that there may be a 1-3 business day lag in the stated delivery date by USPS and the time you are notified of the sample's arrival at the lab. Once the sample has been scanned into the laboratory, you will receive an email update once Basepaws start extracting your cat’s sample.

• Orders are not eligible for a refund after 12 months of your purchase. Orders are not eligible for a free replacement from a missed delivery after 12 months of the stated delivery date of the order.
