If you wish to return the item, you can contact customs and request for the item be returned and they must be provided back with a tracking number. After they receive the item back in their warehouse, they can issue a refund, minus the initial cost of shipping.

Once your return is received in their warehouse, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 3-5 business days after your return is processed. BulbHead will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A refund will be issued to your original form of payment for the full purchase price (excluding return shipping charges, discounts, shipping and handling charges, and any separate fees). They must be provided back with a tracking number for the return.

You may cancel your purchase within 2 hours (120 minutes), from the time of the original purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment. After the 12 hours window, has been reached, your order should be fulfilled and on its way to your shipping destination. Orders may not be cancelled once they have been packaged for shipping, expired the 2 hours threshold or are in shipped/fulfilled status. These timeframes are estimates and may be subject to changes at any time, as their system is automated and the fulfilment inquiry may have been sent under the 120 mins timeframe.

They are confident the value and quality of their merchandise will meet, if not exceed your expectations. In the event you are not completely satisfied, they'll gladly provide an exchange or refund your purchase price for items returned in their original condition within 30 days after you receive them (excluding return shipping charges, discounts, shipping and handling charges, and any separate fees).
