If there is any reason you want to return/exchange the product just send it back to them within 30 days and they will offer you a refund in the form of store credit. Returned products must be in their original unopened packaging without any missing contents or else they will be subject to a restocking fee. Must include a valid original purchase order number from Zizo. A valid tracking number is required for any packages sent back for return/exchange.
Zizo offers a 1-Year limited manufacturer defect warranty on a majority of Zizo products. Zizo products purchased from unauthorized distributors or resellers are not covered by the 1-year warranty.

Provide reason for return.
Their Returns Team will review your request. You will receive a notice regarding the status of your return.
Once the RMA request is approved, please ship the product to the following address for a full product refund.
