Account deletion cannot be undone as it is permanent.

Even if deleting the account is a direction in which you wish to travel, please make sure that you do not have an active subscription but if you do, make sure to visit: How do I cancel my ZenMate subscription? Any remaining time will be voided alongside any possibility of recovering the account.

To confirm the deletion - entering your password is needed. This is to ensure that your account does not get deleted by mistake.

ZenMate is subscription based, which means a recurring payment. If you do not wish to continue with your subscription, you have the choice to cancel it before the due date.

By cancelling your subscription any upcoming payments are stopped. However, your account will remain as Ultimate until the expiry date.

The expiry date is visible in the Account Dashboard in the "My subscription tab" where you will find the mention: Your next payment is due on (unless the subscription is cancelled).

As stated in their Refund Policy and Terms of Service, every user has the right of revocation without any given reason within 30 days from the purchase of the subscription.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you will need to make sure that the limit of 30 days has not been exceeded from the subscription that has been purchased otherwise the refund request will fall outside of the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee and you you will not qualify for a refund.
