What payment methods do you accept?

Your Bijoux Box accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Diners Club, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, Venmo and PayPal.

When will I be billed for my recurring subscription?

When you initially sign up, you will be billed immediately for your first box. You will be billed for all future boxes around the beginning of the month when they are processing your order.

I would like to order more than one subscription. How can I do this?

Each order has to be placed individually so that you can enter the name and address for each subscription. You can have as many subscriptions and gifts on your account as you would like but will have to order and checkout each one separately.

When will I receive my first box?

Your Bijoux Box will ship by the 15th of the month, and will usually arrive within 3 days if shipping within the US. Your Bijoux Box will send you a tracking number so you can keep tabs on your gift box.

My jewellery arrived damaged, what can I do?

Send them an email at contact@yourbijouxbox.com with a photo of the problem, within 3 weeks of delivery of the box and they will send you a replacement piece. They do have limited numbers of each piece, so if they no longer have this item, they will send you a different piece as a replacement.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Your Bijoux Box pride themselves in making cancellations as simple as possible. You can cancel your subscription from your account page, or simply by emailing them at contact@yourbijouxbox.com. They will not try to make you stay but welcome any feedback in making Your Bijoux Box better. Please simply cancel your subscription up to the last day of the previous month.
