Yogasleep accepts all major Debit & Credit Card.

Mattress orders are usually shipped within 5 business days of receipt of an order. Please note that during holidays and peak promotional periods (typically September-January), mattress orders can sometimes take up to 5-10 days to ship. If your order was completed before 11 am EST, it will begin processing on the same business day. Orders received after 11 am EST will begin processing the next business day.

Yes. They provide a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can arrange directly through their shipper, FedEx, and they’ll take care of the change. They usually charge a small fee to handle and it may change the delivery date of your order.

Orders can be cancelled at any time. Just send them an email at customerservice@marpac.com.

Yes, they do have an exchange policy. If you decide within your comfort trial period (101 days for both Yogabed and Unplug) that you want to upgrade to a different size or upgrade from Unplug to Yogabed, please contact their customer service team. Yogasleep will process the price differential of the mattress, plus an exchange fee of $150 (to cover the costs associated with processing, handling, and shipping for both the first and second mattresses) to your credit card.

If you are not satisfied after the first 30 days, please contact them and they will arrange to have the mattress picked up, at no charge to you. Manufacturing tags must remain attached. Please note that only one free trial and return is permissible and that returns not communicated through their return request form will not be refunded. Yogabed requires the customer to fill out a return request form, which must be returned to Yogabed. The Yogabed return policy is subject to change without notification.
