They offer a one-time replacement for each pair of glasses in your order if you are not 100% satisfied with them. Simply email them at eyecare@yesglasses.com, and include your order number, the frame name of your desired replacement frame, as well as the name of the frame you wish to return. Please note that if you choose to do a one-time replacement for a particular pair, they can no longer process a refund or another replacement for it.
Alternatively, you may opt for a refund for your glasses if you cannot find an ideal replacement. You can return your glasses provided that your request is within 14 days from the time it was delivered to you. Refunds will not include your order's Express or International shipping fee. Refunds will strictly be returned via the original method of payment. Please contact your bank (or PayPal for PayPal transactions) if you wish to transfer your refund to a different account.
They offer a 14-day Style and Fit warranty which you can opt for if you are not satisfied with the look or fit of your glasses. Their products also have a 12-month warranty that covers replacements due to damage. Please note that this warranty does not include replacements due to prescription changes or any other issues unrelated to damaged/broken glasses.
