Yaymaker accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card.

Pending transactions are transactions that haven't been fully processed yet. If you have questions about any Yaymaker purchases and charges, sit tight and wait for the charge to reflect as posted before reaching out, not pending. Many times, pending charges will drop off of your account after 1-3 business days if they are not completed.

To book a private or corporate event you can either reach out to our Private Events team by filling out the form below:

https://www.yaymaker.com/private-events/private-parties/. Once you fill out the form, a member of our events team will reach out to you to answer any questions you have and get the planning started. You can also reach out to their Private Events team via email at groups@yaymaker.com with your general event details.

Yaymaker would need all shipping details 10 business days before your event date. They would need a shipping template filled out, don't worry your event coordinator will send this your way. Items are packaged in their shipping department and then picked up by USPS. Once they are picked up you will receive tracking from USPS.

You are able to cancel your current reservation for a future event up to the start time of your event using your verification code (which can be found in your confirmation email) and their Reschedule tool.
