WMP Eyewear accepts all major Credit cards, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, and PayPal.
WMP Eyewear ships within the countries that are available during the checkout process.
They ship their orders Monday - Friday. If you place an order over the weekend, it will not ship until Monday morning.
They ship all their orders every morning Monday - Friday via USPS or FedEx Express. They offer $3.99 US shipping via USPS (4-6 business days) and $8.99 2-Day Shipping via FedEx Express. FedEx Express arrival time will depend on your location and can take from 2-4 business days.
If you have a WMP Eyewear account - you can log in to check the status of your package. If you do not have a WMP Eyewear account, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can then track the package right to your door.
Usually, their orders are processed very quickly, they have a system set up to send all orders through to their fulfillment center right when the order is placed. Unfortunately, this often means they are unable to make changes to your order but they can always try. Please reach out to service@wearmepro.com about any address changes or cancellations. However, please note that once the order is processed by their fulfillment center, they cannot make any changes.
You can return your order within 14 days for the cost of $5.00 (domestic only). Return shipping is FREE when the store credit option is chosen. When choosing store credit - you have 30 days to return your order.
