They are prohibited from shipping wine to Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Kentucky, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and Utah.

Customer Service will process a refund within 48 hours. Once the refund has processed, it takes approximately 3-5 business days for it to be reflected on a credit card statement.
