Standard shipping for Willow-branded items typically takes 4-5 business days. Business days include Monday through Friday only. These times are calculated from when the shipment leaves their distribution centre and should only be used as a guide.

Willow Pump devices ("Pumps"); all replaceable pump parts including but not limited to flanges, FlexTubes™, containers, milk bags, diaphragms, duckbills, chargers and sizing inserts ("Pump Accessories") and all other physical products including but not limited to bras ("Accessories") may be returned as follows. You can return pumps, pump accessories, or accessories for a replacement, or a refund of the purchase price and sales tax paid, within sixty (60) days from the date the confirmation is sent to you for the purchase, provided that the applicable item: was purchased from www.onewillow.com; is returned in its original packaging; is unused and unopened (no seals broken), and is returned in its original condition. You must contact them to start the return process and obtain an RMA number before shipping the product. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.

Willow® 3.0 and Willow Go™ work best with a bra that provides a supportive, snug fit to hold it in place. They recommend wearing a full-coverage nursing bra that’s stretchy and has a flap. Avoid bras with underwire or padding.
