Yes. While placing your order, you can enter a shipping address that is different from your billing address. The shipping address may be in another country as long as WhiteWall delivers to that country. The shipping costs will then be adjusted for the intended destination.

Your work will be shipped and delivered in a proven manner.

White Label (Neutral Shipping): Their products will be produced without any explicit mention of the WhiteWall brand. Please note that all their products are shipped from Germany and may include documents for customs clearance, which contain information regarding WhiteWall as an Exporter / Importer of the goods.

They automatically send you e-mail updates on the status of your order. This occurs when your order is received and when it is shipped. In the shipping confirmation, you will find the parcel number and a tracking link to follow your delivery.

You can also check on the status of your order in your account under “My Orders.”

They ship your product in custom-made art security packaging with their selected shipping partners. Depending on delivery options and product, you can determine the shipping service provider for your order yourself when completing the order. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is ex-production to the delivery address you specify.

They work with efficient, automatic production processes. Therefore, you cannot change your order after it has been placed. You can, however, change the shipping address as long as your order has not yet been sent.

There is a 2-hour window after completing your order in which you can cancel it and then place a new order.

To do this, log in to your WhiteWall account and select “My Orders” from the menu. In the resulting overview, you will find a list under “Completed Orders”. Select an order you would like to order again, either in full or partially, and click on “Details.” In the order details, you will find an “Order Again” button on the lower right. That places the items from your order into the shopping cart again. You can then remove individual products from the new order if you want.

For their products, they currently do not offer any editing functions for your photos on the WhiteWall website. The only exception is the cropping of your photo when selecting the product format. You can do that during the ordering process.
