Due to order very high order volume, it is possible that they can over-sell on certain products, especially during launch or on sale items. If this happens, their warehouse will inform them if they are unable to ship a style you ordered and will cancel and refund your order.

Once an order has been placed, they are unable to make address updates, style, or size changes.

We Wore What offers returns on all full-price merchandise for U.S. customers within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note there is a restocking fee of $10 that will be deducted from your refund. We Wore What accepts International returns. All fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure any items that you are returning are unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. Shop We Wore What reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet their return requirements.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to arrive at their warehouse located in New Jersey. Once your return is delivered, please allow 2-3 business days for them to inspect and process the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on your original form of payment.
