If the reason is due to their error, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs. For exchanges, you will not be charged to ship the new item(s); for straight returns, they will credit you for the original shipping cost.

WearYourBeer will exchange your item or refund your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, in "as-new" condition, and do not appear washed, worn, or stained. You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to them. When you exchange an item, they will charge a small fee to ship the replacement, as well as any price difference. When you return an item outright, you will be issued a refund to your original payment method for the price paid, or an email gift certificate if preferred. They do not refund shipping costs.

You may return a product for refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of the order shipment date provided to you by email. WearYourBeer do not charge any restocking fees.
