Unfortunately, Warp + Weft does not ship Worldwide. They only ship to contiguous states of US.

They guarantee their merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund. Unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise may be returned within 15 days after final receipt for a refund. Merchandise received after 15 days will only be accepted at our discretion and will only qualify for a store credit. Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition, with tags still attached. They reserve the final approval on all Returns. No Return allowed on Final Sale items.

They will notify you once the return is received and will take 1-3 business days to be processed. If your return is accepted, your refund will be applied to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

They want to make sure you get the perfect pair of underwear, but they get it – online shopping can be tricky sometimes. If you are unhappy with your first pair for any reason, they will offer a free size exchange within 20 days of purchase. Unfortunately, underwear is not eligible for a refund. Items on sale are NOT eligible for refund but can be exchanged for size or store credit within 20 days of the order. Items on final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
