They offer a 1-year warranty on all of their play mats. Just email them with any issue you have with your mat and they will either help you fix it or replace it. Please note that pet-related issues are not covered under warranty.
They want you to be happy with your purchase, In the event that you would like to return your mat, please contact them within 30 days of receiving your mat. Note mats purchased during warehouse sales are not returnable.
They don't recommend setting heavy furniture on the mats as they can create indentations and possibly damage the mat. Lighter-weight furniture is ok such as foam couches & bean bag chairs.

Wander & Roam out with foam tiles, super cheap but not super soft and they couldnβt seem to keep them clean especially in between the edges. It drove them crazy. And their son also loved to pull them apart and the tiles would end up all over the house and it became another thing to pick up off the floor when the day was done.
