If you still do not see your tracking email, please double-check the email you entered at checkout. If there was a typo in your email, please reach out to eshop@vuarnet.us and they can fix this for you, as well as send your tracking number.

They try their best to make sure each order goes out in a timely matter. All orders placed online before 1 PM EST will go out the same day. Orders placed after this time will go out on the following business day. Orders placed on Fridays after 1 PM EST will go out the following Monday. For sale days and holidays, please allow extra processing time.

You have 21 days after your date of purchase to return your parcel free of charge and receive a refund. For more information, you can read their complete return policy on their website.

• Enter your complete order number (i.e. #1234-V) and your email address (same address used to process your original order) or zip code.

You have twenty-one (21) calendar days from the date of your purchase to return the product(s) without any liability. A refund will be granted for unworn and undamaged items, returned in their original packaging with original tags. The refund will be processed once they have received and inspected the product for any damages. Worn, used, altered, or returns sent after 21 days will NOT be accepted. Their warranty policy goes into effect at the end of the twenty-one (21) day period, provided that the conditions stated in the policy are met.

• When your package has been received by Vuarnet, you will receive an additional confirmation email stating that your refund is being processed. Please note that you will receive the refund 3-5 business days after this confirmation email.

• The refund will be processed to your original form of credit card payment.
