Once orders are placed, their goal is to ship them out by the next business day, excluding holidays.

Once an order has been processed, it's very unlikely they will be able to get to it in time to edit or change it. Please email support@viori.com to request a change just in case they might be able to get to it in time. If they are unable to change or edit it in time Viori can help you start the process for an exchange or return.

If you’d like to exchange your bars for a different scent or product, they will allow you to do so within 30 days, as long as the bar is at least 75% intact. You will be responsible for the return shipping to send them back the products along with all the packaging. Please contact support@viori.com for exchange instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting them without an RMA # (return merchandise authorization)

Once exchanges are received, they will process the exchange and ship out the new items within 1-2 business days.

Viori wants to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your Viori products. If you are unsatisfied and would like to return your order, they will allow it as long as the bar is at least 75% intact and it's within 30 days. For return instructions, please contact support@viori.com so they can send you return instructions on where to send it back and provide you with a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Please do not send anything back before contacting them first and without an RMA # (return merchandise authorization). Also, please note that the customer will be responsible for shipping back the product.

Once returns are received, they will process the return items and refund them within 1-2 business days.
