VENN Skincare accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, and PayPal.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number. Please add care@vennskincare.com to your address book to make sure you receive your confirmation e-mail.

Once you have placed your order, our ability to make changes to or cancel your order may be limited. Please contact care@vennskincare.com, and VENN Skincare's customer care team will work with you to try and accommodate changes or cancellations to your order.

If you have selected expedited shipping (serviced by USPS or FedEx) and have placed your order by 11 am PT (2 pm ET), you can expect your order to arrive in 2-4 business days. If you have selected overnight shipping (serviced by FedEx) and have placed your order by 11 am PT (2 pm ET), you can expect your order to arrive in 1-2 business days.

If you purchased your product directly from them via the Services, you may return the Product to them for a full refund within the thirty (30) days of the date you purchase which the Product is delivered to you by sending a notice thereof (the “Refund Notice”) to VENN via e-mail at care@vennskincare.com (with “Refund” in the subject line); provided that, the Product is in its original, unopened, unused, and undamaged condition. In your Refund Notice, please include:

• Your name (as it appears on your order)

• Your order number (found on the packing slip included in your package or in your confirmation e-mail). VENN Skincare will consider the condition of the Product being returned when making a refund and may reject your request if the Product is not in its original, unopened, unused, and undamaged condition. All Products that are returned to them become their property.
