As soon as your payment has been debited and you have already received an email with your order number and access to your individual nutrition plan, you can no longer cancel or return your plan. Since it is a product made individually for you, the right of withdrawal expires.

If you have just ordered and no costs have been debited yet, send them an email directly to info@upfit.de with your full name, your order number and a valid reason. They will clarify everything else with you and see whether it is still possible to cancel the contract.

If you are not completely satisfied with your nutrition plan, you can adjust it yourself at any time or contact them. Their customer team will do everything to ensure that your plan is optimally adapted to your wishes.

There are no special termination rights at Upfit. As soon as your plan has been created and the costs have been debited, the right of withdrawal expires.

If you have a valid reason for your cancellation immediately after completing the purchase, before the costs are debited, please contact their customer team immediately. Write an email with your full name, your order number and the reason to info@upfit.de. Our team will clarify everything else with you and see if a cancellation is still possible.

No, you do not have to cancel your Upfit custom meal plan. There is no automatic extension of the contract period. To illustrate: You choose an individual nutrition plan for 12 months, pay the one-time payment and there are no further costs. However, your login access will be blocked after your individual plan has expired.

If you want to stay part of Upfit, you can extend your nutrition plan with just a few clicks. Only then are the costs incurred again in the form of a one-off payment. All your favourite recipes will carry over to the new plan, and you can still choose between different goals and customize personal information.
