UNIONBAY accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payment is only debited from your card at the time of the actual shipment.

It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order that contains all the items you require.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. You can also log into your account and view and track the status of your shipment by clicking on 'My Account' followed by 'Order Status'.

All correctly returned products will either be refunded to the purchaser's credit card or will exclude shipping costs. Please be aware that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Unworn and unwashed merchandise with tags attached will be eligible for return within 30 days of the date of the merchandise receipt. Unless store credit is chosen, all UNIONBAY.com order returns will be credited back to your original form of payment. Please note that your original shipping cost will not be refunded. UNIONBAY reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with their policy. Return instructions:

1. Visit their Return Portal
2. Fill in the order number and the email address used with the original order. Your order number can be found in your confirmation email.
3. Select the items that you wish to return
4. Select refund and shipping method for the return
5. The first option is a refund to the original payment and UNIONBAY will deduct $5 for shipping
6. the Second option is a refund for UNIONBAY.com store credit and the return label will be free
7. Review all selections and confirm your return
8. Return selections are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed
9. You will receive confirmation of the submission for your return along with a shipping label to the email address registered with UNIONBAY.com. Please print 10., attach the return label to a securely closed package, and drop off at any USPS location.

Once the refund is processed, a notification will be sent to your email. Important Notification: Your return must be completed and shipped within the UNIONBAY return policy timeframe of 30 days from the order's arrival.
