Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update. This is usually the time it takes for your order to be logged by the shipping courier after reaching the shipping facility from their warehouse.

Although your order can "ship", sometimes the online tracking will not update until 24 hours later. They appreciate your patience.

Orders may be returned up to 90 days after your order ships. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make your purchase within 10-15 business days of being received.

When returning a set or kit, they require all contents from the original set or kit. Partial items from a set or kit will not be refunded. For safety and sanitation concerns, Ulike will charge a 10% restocking fee for any packaging UNopened product and a 30% restocking fee for any packaging OPENED product. (The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund payment)

To start a return or exchange, simply contact support@ulikeglobal.com and provide your name, order number, photos of the returned product, and the item you would like to return. They will guide you through the return process step by step.

Their products will be carefully inspected before leaving the factory to ensure each product's quality, but there might still be some chance products are damaged in transportation. If you receive a damaged product, please take a photo of it for evidence and send it to the customer service representatives, their customer service representatives will prepare a replacement shipment as soon as possible.
