All orders are billed in USD and ship from either Exeter, Rhode Island or their suppliers’ warehouses (drop-ship items), depending on the quantity of stock in each location. Orders may ship in multiple packages so that each item gets to you as soon as possible.

Twisted Throttle will apply free shipping to your first exchange order for a different size of any wearable item (jacket, pants, gloves, socks, boots, etc.) you purchase. You are responsible for shipping your original order back to them for exchange. Subsequent exchanges of the same item will be charged their standard shipping rates. That said, please contact them for sizing advice in advance of placing your order. Their gear experts can usually size you properly and eliminate the need for an exchange.

Orders shipped outside the lower 48 states do not qualify for free exchange shipping. Items showing signs of use (pet fur, bugs, mud, scuffs, odours, dirt, etc.) or missing packaging, tags, etc. cannot be returned.
