Unfortunately, Turo provides its service to UK, USA & Canada only.

To book a car you must create a Turo account, be 18 years old or older with a valid driver’s license, and get approved to drive on Turo. When you’re booking your first trip, you’ll go through a quick approval process by entering your driver’s license and some other information. In most cases, you’ll get approved immediately, and you’ll never have to get approved again.

You don’t need personal insurance coverage if you book a trip with a protection plan made available via Turo.

In the rare event a host cancels, you’ll be notified immediately so you can book another car, or they will help you find one. Your refund can be temporarily held to expedite rebooking, or the funds can be returned to your bank account of your choice.

Cancelling a guest’s trip can seriously disrupt their plans and impact their confidence in Turo hosts. Whenever possible, try to find an alternative arrangement that suits you both. If you must cancel a trip, take the following steps:

• Log onto Turo and open the Trips tab.

• Tap “Booked” to see your booked trips.

• Choose the trip you need to cancel, tap “Change trip,” and cancel the trip.

If a guest’s flight is delayed or cancelled or they experience a lost baggage delay, they must message you via Turo messaging to request a new start time. Turo expect you to make a good faith effort to accommodate them. After all, it’s not your guest’s fault that their circumstances have changed.
