As a global tour booking website, TourRadar cannot give specific visa advice as visa requirements are regularly being updated and vary from the nationality of one traveller to the next. As they canβt know all the ever-changing details for every country of origin, they recommend checking your local embassy or consulate website for each country youβll be visiting while on tour for the latest up to date information.
The tour operator has the right to cancel your upcoming departure if they have any safety concerns or if your departure has not met the minimum number of required passengers. Each operator has different alternatives that they offer if they are unable to operate a departure date so if your tour is cancelled for any reason, you can expect the tour operator or one of their Customer Service Travel Experts to be in touch with you to go over your options.
If you need to cancel your tour, cancellation terms and conditions are applicable. In most cases deposits are non-refundable. The additional cancellation fees generally depend upon how close to departure you cancel your tour. TourRadar is bound by the terms and conditions of the tour operator agreed upon at the time of booking. TourRadar does NOT charge any additional cancellation fees and will process any applicable refunds accordingly in case of cancellation. They highly recommend that when purchasing your travel insurance policy that you find out if your policy covers you in the event you have to cancel your booking making sure you know in what events they will cover you.

Refunds can take up to 7 business days to appear on your bank statement depending on the speed of your bank to process refunds.
