Yes, if you are travelling with your pet you will be able to bring it on the shuttle. Please make sure you keep your pet in its carrier the entire time while on the shuttle. If you are travelling with a large dog, that does not have a carrier, please let the greeter know when you check in.
You will be able to track their shuttles while at the airport using the The Parking Spot app. A Spot Club account is not required to do so. Open The Parking Spot app and either log in to your Spot Club account or tap Continue As Guest. Then tap Find My Shuttle in the bottom right-hand corner.
If you made a reservation for one of their locations via APR (Airport Parking Reservations) or Spot Hero, you will need to contact them for assistance. Since the reservation was not made on their website, they will not be able to adjust it anyway. You can contact APR (Airport Parking Reservations) at service@airportparkingreservations.com
Since you lock in their lowest rate with a Pay Now reservation, you will not be able to cancel it. Pay Now reservations are also non-refundable and you will not receive a credit for an unused Pay Now reservation. You will be able to change the dates, times, parking type and location on a Pay Now reservation up to 1 hour prior to your check-in time at no cost.
