All of their products are perfumes, which are the strongest scents available.
They only use vegan-friendly fragrance oils, and of course they are cruelty-free; they wouldn't have it any other way.
As there is a higher oil content to make them last longer, with ALL perfumes, not just The Essence Vault's perfumes, they do recommend that you take care when applying to clothes, and of course you do so at your own risk.
Unfortunately, all of their shipping is automatic, so they cannot edit or cancel an order once it is placed.
Please take pictures of the outer packaging and the damaged bottle(s), ensuring the bottle number is visible, and email the pictures to their Customer Service Team at help@theessencevault.com. Unfortunately, damage incidents need to be investigated, so they need sufficient photographic evidence. Please do not dispose of the bottles or packaging until they have advised you that they have completed our investigations. All damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Please check on your return tracking receipt to see that they have received it, and send them a copy of your receipt. Returns are generally processed within a week of receipt. They are not responsible for returns lost by your courier during return transit.
