Due to the nature of their product and for hygiene reasons all products must be returned in their original/unopened packaging. They will not refund any goods that have been opened or worn. Items must be returned with the seal intact. For returns based on unwanted items; you must return within 14 days of receiving the item. Due to the nature and conditions of any products purchased during sale periods, Tatti Lashes Limited are unable to accept any returns, refunds or exchanges on any unwanted items as this is an exclusive offer.
In the unusual event that you receive an item damaged or faulty, they will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify them within 7 days.
Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item.; they will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 working days (UK) & 10 working days (International).
They are extremely sorry to hear you have received a damaged/ faulty item. Please send over an email to their customer service team explaining the fault/ damage and please include images of both the item and its packaging.
