Sure Aqua dispatch products every working day Monday to Friday. Excluding Australia public holidays. All orders will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours of your order being made. All products are sent by standard delivery and should arrive within 3 – 5 working days.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact them at Service@SureAqua.com. All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to the restocking fee. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used when placing your order.

Immediately after placing your order on their website, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This means that they have received your order in their system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item is available for immediate shipment, they will process the charges and submit the order for shipment and send the order tracking information to the email address you provided at checkout.
