All damaged or incorrect items shipped as well as short shipments must be reported within 10 days of delivery for a credit or replacement consideration, and they will immediately replace them upon investigation. Please do not ship the damaged items back to them as they will need to file a damage claim with UPS who may need to inspect the package.

All original shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error caused by SuppliesOutlet. For all non-defective returns, the customer is responsible to return them back to them at their own expense.

SuppliesOutlet’s limitation of liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product. In no event shall they be responsible for incidental or consequential damages of any kind.

They will accept unopened compatible products for return up to 1 year after the date of purchase. For all returns back to SuppliesOutlet, please obtain an RMA Number by contacting them. Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please do not mark or write on the product itself or its packaging. Use a suitable shipping box and packaging material to protect the product packaging and its contents. If you send your RMA back to them via the US Postal Service, they recommend that you request a delivery confirmation. They are not responsible for lost shipments returned to them.
