Please note anything outside of the contiguous United States, which includes AK, HI, and PR will have a surcharge shipping fee. They also ship to APO and FPO addresses. Unfortunately at this time. They do not ship internationally.
SupplementHunt is a small, but hard-working team and they do their best to ship your order as soon as possible. Normally your order will be processed and shipped via one of the following: FedEx, FedEx SmartPost, or USPS. They aim to have your order shipped within 2 business days. However, sometimes extremely popular deals may take them extra time to fulfil. They'll email your tracking number as soon as your order ships, so in the meantime just plan how best to spend all the money you've saved after shopping on SupplementHunt.
If there is a problem with an item that you have purchased, please email customer support at support@supplementhunt.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. They will, at their option, exchange the product or issue a refund or store credit of the purchase price, minus any shipping, handling, or processing charges.
Please email them for a return authorization and instructions from one of their customer service representatives prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned at your expense in unopened and perfect condition in order to receive credit. They do not allow any nutrition bars or the like (cookies, brownies, etc.) to be returned for credit. A return authorization must be given or they may refuse the package. A 10% restocking fee will be applied for returns. Please email the tracking number along with the order number so they can also track the package back to the warehouse.
They aim to process refunds back to your card within 2 to 5 business days of receipt of returned goods.
