Exchange items will be sent out as soon as you request them. For returns, an Instant Refund Voucher is automatically generated as an option for those wanting to place another order on supergoop.com without having to wait for a refund. If it goes unused, the full refund will be processed back to your original payment method no action required on your end. For a refund associated with a return, it can take up to 10-15 business days for the refund to appear on your statement once they have processed it back to your original payment method.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method for the price of your product, and sales tax, if applicable. Only items purchased on supergoop.com may be exchanged or returned. Products purchased through supergoop.com may not be exchanged or returned at any retail location that sells Supergoop products.
