Customers may return products to Sunrider for reimbursement if they send the products, original packing materials, and shipping invoice to Sunrider within 14 days of the receipt. Prior to the return of any products, customers must first contact the Sunrider business service department informing them of the return and the reason. A note must then be included with the return, the note must include your ID number, invoice number, and reason for the return. If the return is due to shipping discrepancy or product damage, Sunrider has the option, at its sole discretion, to provide a refund or replace the products. Failure to submit a request for reimbursement within 14 days of receipt might result in the denial of a claim.
