The items can be returned within 14 days from the order delivery date, the return costs are charged to the customer.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the User or a third party - other than the carrier and designated by the User - acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User is required to inform the Owner of the decision to withdraw through an explicit declaration sent by filling in the return form.

The products must be returned in the original packaging and in the same conditions in which they were originally shipped: not worn, washed or altered in any way. The soles of the footwear must be in the same condition in which they are sent, without any sign of wear. All items must also be returned with the original tags and any original accessories supplied (dustbag, clothes covers, etc.), including the authenticity label and the security seal which must not be cut or broken. Damaged returns will not be accepted and can be sent back to the customer at his expense. Footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, which is an integral part of the product.

They accept both size and colour changes of the same model, if available. The return shipment and the new item and the subsequent shipment of the exchange will have all the shipping costs (including duties and taxes) charged to the User.

Products received already damaged or showing defects of conformity are considered defective. In case of defective products, they ask you to follow the same return procedure by filling in the return form. Suitnegozi reserves the right to refuse unauthorized defective returns. In case of acceptance of the defective return, Suitnegozi will refund the purchase price of the garment and the shipping costs.

In the event that the Customer requests a refund for the returned item (s), Suitnegozi will endeavor to perform the refund as soon as possible or in any case within 10 working days from the date of acceptance of the return. The credit will be made with the same payment method used by the Customer, and on the same account. The actual visibility date of the credit that occurred may vary for factors independent of Suitnegozi liability.

Refunds are also issued in the same currency as the original purchase. They also remind you that the refund will only concern the purchase price of the items, and will not include shipping and customs charges, which will remain the responsibility of the customer.

The refund can be suspended until the goods are received or until the User has demonstrated that he has sent the goods back if earlier.

The User is requested to return the goods and deliver them to the Owner without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if the User returns the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the User. The User is only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a manipulation of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
