Yes. If you are traveling in a group of 12 or more, complete the group travel request form and they will follow up with you as quickly as possible. Groups under 12 can book themselves directly online on the Student Universe homepage.

Most student airline tickets do allow changes, and all airlines charge a fee for changing your flight. Change rules and fees are always listed on your confirmation e-mail, so please read them carefully before you call. If you wish to cancel your ticket, you must contact them by phone in advance of your flight boarding. If you do not, for any reason, any refundable amounts will be forfeited to the airline. Please contact them if you do wish to make a change, and it is prior to your departure. After departure, please contact your airline directly to make any changes.

Yes. Student Universe accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards from all over the world for their student flights. They also accept debit cards with billing addresses outside the UK. All charges will be made in UK GBP Sterling, and any differences due to currency conversion and foreign transaction fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Student Universe does not guarantee that the prices of student plane tickets found on the website are the most competitive in the market. Furthermore, they do not offer any compensation if another customer books the same itinerary as you at a lower price. Student Universe is different from other travel agencies in that they sell student airfares that cannot be found on major travel sites - and though that makes their pricing highly competitive, they will not always be the cheapest.

Before you complete your student travel you may print a receipt for your ticket through their website by logging into my stuff. Once you’ve completed your student flights, your itinerary may no longer be available online. If you need a receipt after it is no longer available, please just email the request, and they would be happy to send you a receipt for your student flights. Simply let them know your flight information, and they will get it out to you right away at no charge.
