Strapworks requires authorization for all returns and exchanges using an RMA form and RMA number issued by Customer Service. To obtain authorization please contact support@strapworks.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Once an RMA has been issued, the order must be returned within 7 days. Any returns received after 17 business days may be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.

Strapworks does not authorize returns on any product that has been used, modified, or damaged. Any product Strapworks determines has been used, modified, or damaged will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Orders can be cancelled up to the moment of shipping. Cancelled orders may be subject to a 25% restocking fee as determined at the time of cancellation.

All refunds issued will be for the cost of the product minus shipping. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with return or exchange. All refunds are issued back to the same form of payment that was used at the time of purchase. Please be advised that it may take up to 7 business days for your refund to appear in your account.
