Please allow 1-2 business days (M-F) after order placement for your order to ship. After your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. If you do not see the email in your inbox, they recommend checking your spam/junk/promotions folder.
They strive to ship orders immediately, which means that in many cases, orders will not be able to be cancelled once made. However, they will gladly attempt to cancel your order if you notify them by emailing them at support@stngrusa.com. If you're unable to cancel your order, they offer free money-back returns for up to 60 days.
If you are not happy with your order, you must contact them via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) within 60 days of receipt. After receiving a return authorization (RA), you will have 30 days to return the item to them.
You should receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, most refunds will be applied faster.

The less expensive options weren't all that superior. STNGR used to be a direct-to-consumer brand that only operated online. Eliminating the intermediary allowed us to provide high-performing products at a reduced cost.
STNGR is now able to produce even better gun parts and accessories at a highly competitive price because of their growth and recognition in the shooting community over the years. STNGR continues to concentrate their sales, but in an effort to reach as many people as they can, both online and offline, STNGR has also ventured into retail spaces.
