All unused products may be returned within 15 days. A restocking fee of 15% will be assessed on all purchases. All returns must be approved in advance by contacting their customer service department through their Contact Us page. Any returns received without an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number from the service department will be returned to the sender unopened.
A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment and will post approximately two days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
