Sports Box Co. accepts all major Debit & Credit card.

Sports Box Co. typically ship their monthly subscription orders between the 20th and 25th of each month. If you place an order after the 25th they can ship a box right away for you, just email them at info@sportsboxco.com and let them know you want an immediate shipment. If you have any questions or special requests please email them as they will always try to be as accommodating as possible and will do their best to honour your request.

Their One-Time Mystery Boxes differ from our subscription boxes in that there is no theme to the products in the box nor is there a tip/drill card. If you ordered 3 Mystery Boxes they can all be the same or completely different. These one-time boxes make a great birthday or any occasion gift and are a fun surprise for any kid who plays sports. One-time boxes will ship within 2 to 3 business days of your order. They try to get them out quickly but at this time it can take up to 3 days to ship.

Shipping is always included on subscription boxes shipping to the U.S. Those going to Canada are $14.99/box. Shipping on one-time purchases is calculated at checkout.

Yes. As much as we want all their customer's and more importantly the kids to love their Sports Boxes and look forward to it each month, they realize that cancellations will be requested. To cancel you must do so prior to the 5th of the month. Since monthly renewals renew on the 1st day of the month; you can still decide to cancel and if by the 5th you can request a refund for the renewal. For the multi-month renewals, you cancel anytime but will get your remaining boxes that were already paid for.
