Please fully inspect all items upon receipt. All shipping damage claims must be made within 30 days of the shipment date. If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipment please contact them immediately so they can file a claim with the shipping company. When a damage claim is approved by the shipping company your product will be replaced and re-shipped to you at no charge for the replacement item(s) or the return shipping.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the shipment date. They cannot accept returns on parts that have been used or installed. No returns on non-stocked or special order items. Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made. Please call 1-888-365-6064 for a return authorization number. All returns must be made within 30 days of the shipment date and must be in original packaging.

Polyurethane bushing manufacturers advise to never use petroleum-based grease for poly bushing lubrication. Polyurethane should only be lubricated with one specific type of grease to insure long bushing life, and squeak-free performance, Silicone-based synthetic water-proof grease.

Normally, if you will be running the stock rear end and will not be lowering your ride height then you do not "need" an adjustable Panhard bar. If you plan to lower your ride height and/or install an aftermarket rear end then they suggest getting an adjustable Panhard bar to allow you to properly centre your rear end laterally in the car.
