Splendid Spoon accepts all major Credit/Debit cards.
For new orders and prepaid orders, your card will be charged immediately after checkout.
For your following deliveries, your card will be charged depending on delivery day: for Wednesday deliveries, your card will be billed the previous Thursday at 4 pm ET; for Friday deliveries, your card will be billed the previous Sunday at 4 pm ET.
After these cut-off times, orders have already been processed and, unfortunately, cannot be changed. They cannot refund, cancel, or make changes to an order after these cut-off times.
They ship domestically to residences and businesses in all lower 48 states.
They have requested for your delivery to be left without a signature, but it's ultimately up to your local courier's discretion whether it's safe to leave a package. Their meals are packaged in insulated boxes and with dry ice to ensure they stay cool during transit. They recommend asking someone to accept the delivery for you if you are unable to.
