Your ship confirmation email will contain a tracking number link, that will allow you to check the status of your package.

Orders duly completed by 1 p.m. will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next 24 hours, orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be handled the following Monday.

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, the items can be returned for size change or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Returns must not show any signs of use and must have the guarantee seals intact. To make the return request the Customer must send an email to returns@spatarella.eu, optionally registered, within 14 days of receipt of the goods; within 24/48h you will receive all the instructions and then they will book the withdrawal by a courier. Return shipments must be made exclusively through their courier and following their instructions. Otherwise, the shipment may be refused. Shipping costs for 1 size change are free of charge. If you want to return the product again, both the shipping costs of the size change and the shipping costs of the return will be charged.
