Sonnenmax ships within countries provided during checkout.
For custom-made items, they deliver within 7-14 working days. The delivery time depends on the availability of the items and, for made-to-measure products, depending on the volume of orders. For stock items (accessories), delivery usually takes place within 24 hours of receipt of payment. They will of course inform you of any delivery delays by email.
Shipping is free within Germany. They charge a small quantity surcharge of β¬5 up to a goods value of β¬20.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will be notified directly by them and can track the status of your order online.
Their deliveries are made exclusively with DHL and, for larger quantities, by a freight forwarder.
Unfortunately, since your order is placed immediately, you cannot cancel your order. (Custom-made items are non-returnable)
If you would like to return your package, you must first contact their customer service. They will then send you a return slip that you can stick on your package. You can then simply take your package to one of the numerous DHL branches. Once they have received the return, the amount paid will be refunded. (Custom-made items cannot be exchanged)
If you don't like your order, they offer you the opportunity to contact them to find a solution together.
Since the products ordered are made especially for you, exchange is legally excluded.
