All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a return authorization number. All claims must be made within 30 business days of shipment, including shipping issues and defective merchandise. A return authorization number is required before any goods can be returned. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to customers. Soffe reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on any cartons returned and any applicable shipping charges. RA's will be canceled if not returned in 15 business days.
As soon as Soffe receive your returned package, they will issue your credit, less the shipping charges. They'll also gladly help you place a new order.
