Social Threads ships within US and Canada.
When your orders is fulfilled, you will get and email saying your order is out for delivery. In the email, there is a black box that says "track my shipment". Click on that box or the USPS and UPS tracking number just below it to view your tracking order.
Returns & exchanges are accepted up to 14 days after the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any items that look worn or washed will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
You can make an exchange, free of charge, as long as stock allows! Please follow the directions in the portal on how to complete an exchange. They offer a $10 incentive to exchange instead of making a return. You can only exchange one time. They do not accept exchanges of exchange orders. However, they can always provide store credit.

Social Threads began as a little website and a pop-up at friends' houses. Then, with the assistance of family and friends, theyΒ started selecting and packing up Maureen's basement as the orders came in. They founded Social Threads as a result of their dissatisfaction with the absence of one-stop shopping.
What started out as a modest ambition shared by Sara and Maureen has expanded into a showroom, a warehouse, and an amazing all-female crew. They may now be larger in stature, but their core beliefs remain the same: women should feel confident in their wardrobe without compromising flair.
